On Digital Delivery: Our Refund Policy

Because our digital manuals, ceremonies, and bundles are delivered instantly to your screen, they cannot be "returned" in the physical sense. For this reason, all digital sales are final.

However, we do not believe in hiding behind rigid corporate terms or trapping you in fine print.

If you encounter a technical issue with your files, or if you genuinely feel a digital manual did not serve the quiet return we promised, email us. We will not make you jump through administrative hoops, fill out complex forms, or debate your experience.
